    Managing Director

    MD of Avonline since 1999, Mark leads the Senior Management team. With over 20 years of operational experience Mark is actively engaged in Operational Delivery but also responsible for the Strategic Direction of the business.

    Previously he held positions at Telewest plc including Regional Managing Director.

    Helen Drew

    Finance Director

    Finance, Health & Safety, Operational Support, Facilities Support, Materials Management & Warehouse, Internal Communications

    Helen has responsibility for the majority of the back office and infrastructure services supporting our Field teams. Her role is split between our two main support sites in Bristol and Cardiff.

    Prior to joining Avonline, Helen was a member of the Telewest Finance community for 8 years as Regional Financial Controller.

    Rich Hale

    Installations Director

    Installations and Public Sector Services

    Rich has responsibility for the operational delivery of Consumer Installations as well as our Digital Switchover Programme. Starting in 1983, Richard has led and developed our Installations Division with a team that have now completed over 2 million consumer installations and installed services for around 500,000 public sector tenants.

    Trevor Thomas

    Business Services Director

    Business and Network Services, Telecoms, Energy and Contract Flooring

    Trevor has operational responsibility for the delivery of our Business Network Service contracts alongside our Telecoms and Broadband projects. In addition to this, he has taken respnsibility for our rapidly growing Energy and Contract Flooring divisions.

    Trevor has over 25 years Telecoms and CATV experience. He originally worked with BT Vision before moving on to United Artists (later Telewest) where he was instrumental in the overall design and management of the fibre networks and later involved in large networks solutions for major business clients.

    Dave Rogers

    Network Services Director

    Consultancy and Advisory Services

    Dave is currently on a long-term assignment with UPC in Ireland managing the Network re-build programme in Dublin valued at over £100m. His current role involves managing a Network Build Program to build 500,000 homes including design, planning, construction, & activation. At Avonline, Dave has managed all network activities including Planning & Design, Civils & Activation, Business Installations, RF/ Broadband projects and ERS services.

    Over the last 25 years, Dave has led and delivered major Telewest & ntl projects across the UK and prior to that delivery programmes at BT.
