We have grown our business over the last 20 years with a quality ethos at the heart of everything that we do. Having achieved ISO Quality accreditation in 1989, as the business expanded with more employees, more services, more locations and more customers, we have always had the British Standards Institute (BSI) monitoring progress.
We hold the latest ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. It has streamlined our ability to offer high quality, standardised methodology across the UK to all customers. This incorporates our Project Management systems – bringing additional benefits and consistency to the teams and maximising our ability to deliver more diverse and complex projects with confidence and universal standards.
Quality means many things to us. It is how our teams appear and how they behave; it is the standard and appearance of the job that has been performed, it is the support that we have provided to customers before, during and after we carry out the work and it is the satisfaction that is achieved when we have delivered an excellent job for the customer.
Whether we are working in the private sector, the public sector or directly with consumers, we train and coach our teams to demonstrate the same respect and pride in their work whatever their environment.
Our investment in quality means a constant process of monitoring, assessing and refining what we do in order to achieve the highest possible standards. Our dedicated Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental team ensure that our standards are applied and maintained with uniformity to the highest levels.
