Job Function:
Working as either a one man or
two man team, to install Digital Television, Digital
Telephone and Broadband services into customer
premises, to exceed the key quality, SLA and other
measures.
Job Specific Skills:
Whilst full training will be
provided, once trained you will need to be able to
consistently achieve the following

Flexible working patterns between Monday and
Saturday.

High standards of personal presentation (uniform
provided).

Excellent interpersonal skills, especially at
customer premises.

Ability to deliver highest standards of
technical work at all times.

Able to work outside all year round.

Good time management and ability to deliver a
set workload each day.

Qualifications &
Experience:
As full training is provided,
there are no mandatory qualifications or experience.
However, we have found that experience in one or
more of the following fields often lead to some who
achieves a successful career as an installer :-

HM Forces or other similar background.
-
Experience of working outdoors or some
experience of manual labour
-
Control of Project Expenditure/timescales to
ensure on time, in budget delivery.
-
Interest or experience in Computers and IT.
-
Related Installation experience – Satellite,
Cat5/Structured wiring
-
Related trades – electrical, plumbing etc
This role requires a strong
commitment to both technical excellence and
continuous high standards of customer service. The
role also requires an ability to work well both as
part of a small team or alone. A key requirement
will be the ability to learn new techniques and
assimilate skills in new technologies. An excellent
