Working part of a team either installing Digital Reception Systems into customer premises and or cabling the infrastructure ready for installation. The job involves either working internally or externally on high and low rise buildings. Our success has been built around our quality so we expect to exceed the key quality, SLA and other measures

Job Specific Skills:

Whilst full training will be provided, once trained you will need to be able to consistently achieve the following

• High standards of personal presentation (uniform provided).

• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially at customer premise

• Ability to deliver highest standards of technical work at all times.

• Good time management and ability to deliver a set workload each day.

Qualifications & Experience:

As full training is provided, there are no mandatory qualifications or experience required. However, we have found that experience in one or more of the following fields often lead to some who achieves a successful career as an installer :-

• HM Forces or other similar background.

• Experience of working in an installation environment.

• Interest or experience in Computers and IT.

• Related Installation experience – Cable installer, Satellite, Cat5/Structured wiring

• Related trades – electrical, plumbing etc

This role requires a strong commitment to both technical excellence and continuous high standards of customer service. The role also requires an ability to work well both as part of a small team or alone. A key requirement will be the ability to learn new techniques and assimilate skills in new technologies.
