Avonline has held an ISO Quality
registration since 1989 and currently holds the most recent
version of the internationally recognised quality standard,
ISO 9001:2000. Avonline is accredited by the British
Standards Institute (BSI) and we hold our registration for
all of our services and for every one of our operating
depots.
Incorporating improved communications and
process implementation, our latest qualification has further
streamlined our ability to offer high quality, standardised
methodology across the UK to all customers. This also
incorporates our existing Project Management system,
bringing additional benefits and consistency to our teams
and maximising our ability to deliver more diverse and
complex projects with confidence.
Our longstanding commitment to Quality is
consistently demonstrated through the results that Avonline
teams deliver for our customers. In 2005, we achieved the
leading quality scores for every one of major customers when
measured by them against other service providers throughout
the UK. This standard continues into 2006 and we would be
delighted to provide more information on request.
A dedicated Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental
team ensure that our standards are applied and maintained to
the highest standards and maintain their independence by
reporting directly to the Managing Director.
